ETERNAL WINE

Single Vineyard Wines

Harvest is coming! Fear the beard!

Hello from harvest in Walla Walla!

We just pulled in our first fruit of the year. Two separate lots of Syrah are just beginning their journey from grapes to wine. Les Collines Vineyard is considered as one of the great vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley, and single vineyard bottlings around town are some of the most sought after. We couldn’t be happier to have them in our portfolio. Cockburn Ranch is a staple vineyard in the Eternal Wines’ portfolio, as we source many different varietals from them. Our Cockburn Ranch Syrah from 2015 is a monster, and we can’t wait to share it with you next year.

In other exciting news, we recently moved out from the airport to downtown Walla Walla. Our new tasting room will open with our Fall release as we are currently sold out of our inventory. More on this in the next newsletter!

And speaking of Fall release, we just recently finished bottling all of our selections. On the Eternal Wines side, we will be offering an amazing 2014 single vineyard Roussanne sur lie barrel aged for 24 months. In addition, we will be presenting, from 2015, our Eternal Bliss Port from Syrah, and a super small release of our Eternal Sunshine. We have less than 25 cases of the Viognier!

On the Drink Washington State side, we have a 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon from Wahluke Slope. This is a fruit forward bottling that is ready to enjoy now! Also, we are offering a 2014 Carmenere from Walla Walla. This is loaded with white pepper and a nice jalapeno finish. Pair this with fajitas for a happy mouth!

As always thanks for reading.
