Live Music, Blind Syrah tasting and we win double gold in Seattle

Greetings from sunny Walla Walla,

 

With the arrival of June, we have started to see temperatures rise into the 80’s on a continued basis. This of course means the vines are reaching higher and higher as we approach bloom in the vineyards. Our 2016 Eternal Beauty rose pairs perfectly with the season.

 

We will continue to have live music at least once a week for the summer. Ivan Huera and Robert Gomez, AKA Zemog Otrebor, are now on regular rotation in the tasting room as their unique styles make them local favorites. Live music will be playing 5:30-7:30pm. Just a reminder that we always offer $5 glass pours of our Drink Washington State white wines, Eternal Beauty Rose and Sangrias!

 

The Seattle wine awards just announced the winners and no surprise we cleaned up again; winning 5 medals across both labels with a Double Gold for our Eternal Perspective Grenache Blanc. We only made 42 cases of this and it’s been going fast! Only $30 a bottle, and available for shipping.

 

Celebrate Walla Walla is right around the corner (6/15-18^th). This year the theme is Syrah which we couldn’t be happier about. I will be pouring for the grand tasting 3 of our single vineyard Syrahs. We will also be having a blind Syrah tasting from around the world in the tasting room. $20 tasting fee, but if you correctly identify the regions you win 50% off your Eternal Wines order.

Our tasting room at 9 S 1^st Ave in downtown Walla Walla is open 7 days a week! Sundays- Wednesdays, 12-7pm, and Thursdays-Saturdays, 12-8pm.
