Hello friends,
I cordially invite you to Eternal Estate. The last 6 months have been some of the hardest, longest days I’ve had, but great things don’t happen overnight. I have personally switched into the construction business which is not my preferred field. Lol. I have learned a lot; however, and it has certainly allowed me to take more pride in the overall space. Everywhere I look now, I see not only the finished product but what was there before and how much work went into that one particular spot to make my vision happen.
Eternal is more than a winery. Eternal is a way of life. Eternal is an experience. Eternal is the vibe. Our new space encompasses everything that is important to me. The space reflects music, art, sports, and, of course, wine.
We will be opening at 85514 HWY 11 on February 28th, 2025, and will be open 7 days a week (10am-8pm) for tastings and glass pours. Eternal hosts live music, karaoke and trivia nights. We can also host large groups in our tasting room. Taste fresh local fare from our food trucks on site daily. Enjoy a glass of wine at our 10 seat bar while catching the game.
While we will be open, we will still be working on finishing the place 100%. While I didn’t want to open without everything in place, it is awfully hard to continue to fund a business when the business is not open for actual business. I feel that we are at a good balance now where I can finally show the place to all of you.
To help that previously mentioned business’s balance sheet, we are offering 50% off all our Drink Washington State wines. You can select to have the wines shipped to you or pick them up on or after February 28th.
Memos Mexican Food Truck will be on site 5 days a week serving lunch and dinner. They will be on site Sun-Mon & Wed-Friday. Wild Thyme food truck will be on site Saturday, March 8th & March 15th.
I cannot wait to show off the spot as this place is going to be perfect for Eternal. Soon you will be able to taste amazing single vineyard wines, enjoy great handcrafted food, watch all the games, enjoy live music and even host your own events (office parties, birthday parties, divorce parties).
On top of all of this I am travelling a lot this next month. I’ll be in Portland Feb 23-24th and Boise March 2-3rd. I then head up to Seattle for a longer stay with pourings at Red’s Wine Bar and Vino at the landing, before moving on to the Taste Washington event. This will be our 8th time pouring at Taste Washington. If you are not familiar it is the largest food and wine event in the state with a couple hundred wineries and food vendors providing samples. It is certainly a fun 2 day event.
