Hello warm weather and hello my friends!
We have so much going on I just wanted to reach out and fill you in on our new releases and upcoming shows. This is not only an exciting time for us, but hopefully for you too. With spring here, so is the rebirth of the vines and our growing season.
Wine club pick up orders will be ready on April 29th. This is also the date your orders are scheduled to ship out if you chose to have them delivered. If you are planning on picking up during Spring Release Weekend in Walla Walla, we ask you to pick up at our airport location rather than downtown.
Spring release is officially May 4-6thand we have a full line up of events for you. Sound & Stone plays at The INK on Saturday night from 5-7pm. Speaking of the INK, we are bringing back our late-night party, Rock the Beat, on Friday, May 4th starting at 8 pm and rolling all night long. We again are teaming up with So Dance for this event.
Don’t sleep on Spring Release Downtown either! We have not 1, but 2 acts on Saturday with Caden Mayfield 2-4pm and Mari Gisile from 6-8pm. I’m so excited to share my 6 new releases with you! Hopefully, you will simultaneously be able to enjoy some great tunes during this upcoming weekend.
As you may have also heard, we are bringing Grammy nominated artist, Brother Dege, to the INK in Walla Walla!! He was nominated for his hit on Django Unchained. Dress like a character from any Quentin Tarantino and receive a complementary drink ticket. Tickets are $15 with pre-sale being $12. One of the 6 new releases is an old favorite, the Eternal Beauty Rose. This year’s is 100% Grenache from French Creek vineyard and I’m so excited about how this one turned out. Another returning favorite is our Eternal Perspective Grenache Blanc from Painted Hills vineyard. On our Drink Washington State side, it is exciting to say we are releasing our first Pinot Noir! Sourced from Lake Chelan this Pinot reminds me of Burgundy as it has a real earthy component. These wines will be available to taste starting May 1st.
I will continue to be on the road almost every weekend, and in the greater Seattle area most of them. The word is really getting out about us and it’s exciting to see for me!
I now need to ask a favor from you. We are working hard to get the news out there about our amazing wines and staff but we cannot do it alone. I ask that you take a second and review us on any platform that you feel comfortable with. Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Trip Advisor are just a few to mention. I appreciate it, my friends!
Our downtown tasting room is now open 7 days a week: Sun-Wed. 12-5 pm and Thurs-Sat. 12-8 pm Our airport location, Friday-Sunday 11-5 pm. *Special events we are open later
Sound & Stone, Calico Bones, Mari Gisele, Caden Mayfield, Denny Sedam and Robert Gomez, AKA Zemog Otrebor, are all back in the tasting room as their unique styles make them local favorites. Free live music is from 5:30-7:30 pm. Local taste our Drink Washington State lines for free.
