Eternal Wines & Drink Washington State win big again!

Happy New Year!

Here in Walla Walla the weather continues to be cold and snowy. We haven’t seen this much snow in over a decade here.   January and February are typically slower months in the tasting room, which allows me to spend more time in the cellar preparing to bottle our 2017 Spring Release wines. Eternal Wines will be releasing 2 Syrah’s (Morrison Lane and Bogin Vineyard), our Rocket Man Red blend and Eternal Beauty Rose .

We are continuing our Cellar Sunday’s event. Each Sunday I will select a wine from my personal cellar to share with you at the tasting room. Last week was a 2005 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, while this week is a 2012 Ken Wright Pinot Noir! Join us on Sundays 12-6pm.

The 2016 Wine Press Northwest Platinum Best of the Best tasting was right before New Year’s. The Rocket Man Red wins big again! Eternal Wines Rocket Man Red Wins Double Gold at The Platinum 2016 Best of the Best Competition.
The 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition just ended and I am pleased to announce that all 5 of our wines that were entered won at least a bronze medal, with the 2014 Eternal Patience Roussanne taking home a gold! This is the largest wine competition in the US with almost 7000 entries. For a full list of the winners follow this link.
We are getting close to selling out of our Eternal Bliss Fortified Syrah and Eternal Sunshine Viognier. Come down and grab one before it’s too late. Our tasting room at 9 S 1st Ave in downtown Walla Walla is open Thursday and Sunday 12-6pm and Friday-Saturday 12-7pm for our winter hours.
As always thanks for reading.
