Time to bundle up!
When the cold season is here I tend to drink heavier wines, wines that are higher alcohol and really stick to your bones. Our Eternal Bliss fortified Syrah checks that box, and the 2015 is drinking really nice right now as well. Currently we are selling the 2017 and with the holidays coming up these are perfect stocking stuffers! We only have 24 cases remaining and they are moving fast!
We have an amazing holiday barrel weekend coming up. We are releasing an old favorite as well! Our 2016 Eternal Gratitude will be available this coming weekend. As a cherry on top we have a special futures tastings available only this weekend (Dec 7-9). Last holiday barrel we tasted our 2016 Eternal Zen Syrah from Les Collines vineyard. This year we are tasting the same wine as it is now in bottle. We will be offering futures at an amazing 20% off. This wine will be released in the Spring 2019.

We are pleased to welcome Naughty Pine back to The INK. They will be playing a rare acoustic set. Beats from DJ Curtainz to warm you up. No cover for this show as we give thanks for a great 2018 season. 6-12am Friday December 14th.

These winter months you are more likely to find me in the tasting room at The INK as if there are no customers it gives me time to run labs, do barrel work or prep wines for bottling. Swing by and taste the new wines with me. We still serve bottle beers at The INK too so you have no excuses not to visit. The Sam Smith oatmeal stout pairs perfect with the cold.
Our downtown tasting room is open 5 days a week: Wed. & Sun. 12-5 pm and Thurs.-Sat. 12-8 pm.
Our airport location is open Friday-Sunday 11-5 pm.
